Product Description

The Large Wooden Emma Cot is a stylish and practical sleeping solution designed to grow with your child. Featuring a modern design with diagonally slanted sides, this cot brings a contemporary look to your nursery while providing a secure and comfortable space for your baby.

The Emma Cot features fixed sides for added stability and a 3-level adjustable mattress base, allowing you to adjust the mattress height as your baby grows and becomes more mobile. The higher level provides easier access during the newborn stage, while the mattress can be lowered as your baby learns to roll, sit and stand.

When your child is ready to move out of the cot, the Emma Cot can be converted into a toddler bed. The included safety rail provides additional security during this transition, helping your child move comfortably from cot sleeping to their first bed.

Made from a combination of melamine and Supawood MDF, the Emma Cot is designed for durability and everyday use. Its timeless design makes it easy to pair with a range of nursery furniture and décor.

The Large Wooden Emma Cot is suitable from birth to approximately 2 years as a cot, with the toddler bed providing continued use from approximately 2 years and beyond.

Manufacturing & Lead Time

All our nursery furniture is handmade locally in Cilvale AH, Bapsfontein, Johannesburg, Gauteng.

Standard manufacturing time: 4–6 weeks.

Care Instructions

✔ Wipe clean using a soft, damp cloth

✔ Use a mild, baby-safe cleaning solution when necessary

✔ Avoid abrasive cleaners, harsh chemicals and scouring pads

✔ Do not soak the cot or allow water to stand on the surfaces

✔ Dry the cot immediately after cleaning

✔ Regularly check all screws, fittings and joints to ensure they remain secure

✔ Ensure the mattress base is correctly fitted at the appropriate height for your baby's development

✔ When converting to a toddler bed, make sure all components and the safety rail are securely installed before use

✔ Do not move the cot while your baby or heavy items are inside it

Production time is approximately 4 - 7 weeks from date of payment, as all our nursery furniture is handmade on order in Bapsfontein, Gauteng, South Africa.

We use quality Melamine, Supawood MDF and Pine materials to create durable nursery furniture designed to grow with your family. Please note that different products may be manufactured using different wood materials, which will be clearly stated in each product description.

We deliver throughout Gauteng and surrounding areas at an additional fee. Delivery costs are quoted based on your area, and we will always provide and confirm your delivery quotation before you make payment for your order.

All Gauteng deliveries include free assembly of your nursery furniture, so your nursery is fully set up and ready for your little one.

Collection from our factory in Bapsfontein, Johannesburg is also available by appointment.

For orders outside of Gauteng, delivery will first be quoted and approved before payment is made.

We offer flexible payment options to make planning your nursery easier.

• Pay your order in full upfront

• Pay a 50% deposit, with the remaining 50% payable once your order is completed

• Lay-bye your order over 3 or 4 months at no additional cost. Your order will be completed and ready once your final payment has been received

Currently, we only accept EFT payments.

Once your order has been placed, we will confirm your order via email together with your delivery quotation (if delivery was selected). This email will also include our banking details for payment.

We want you to love your nursery furniture. As all our products are handmade and manufactured on order, we unfortunately do not offer refunds or returns on orders already placed, where wood and materials have already been purchased, or on completed orders.

If there is any issue with your order, please contact us and we will work with you to resolve it as quickly as possible. We pride ourselves on excellent after service and will do everything in our power to assist with any possible issues, although these are very rare.
